This is an hourly service to answer any questions pertaining to the event being planned. This service is typical for someone who has their own ideas and just need help with Where, Who and How’s. Basically this is a guidance service. This service starts at $50 hour.

Directing:

This is a day of event service and any rehearsals. This service is typical for someone who needs someone to Direct the Wedding Party on placement, timing and etiquette. Director also helps to keep Bride and Groom separate during individual photos before ceremony and guest moving to after the ceremony to following reception site. This allows the new couple and wedding party to have photos taken with minimal interruptions. This service starts at $200

Coordinator:

This service consists of multiple interactions between Client and Vendors. This service is for someone who needs help pulling all their details and plans into action. Coordinator will follow up with vendors and clarify all details pertaining to where they need to be and at what time. Coordinator also acts as personal assistant to client / event planner. Coordinator also runs necessary errands between vendors on behalf of client. This service starts at $500

Event Planner:

This is a service that includes setting your budget, finding vendors, finding venue site, planning and designing your event. Event planner will attend meeting with vendors. Planner will also coordinate the event. Planner will handle all aspects of event. This service is for the person who needs someone else to handle all the details and does not have the necessary time to meet vendors or run errands. Your planner also alleviates most, if not all the stress of planning a event. Your event planner will advise you of etiquette and traditions if you desire. Planner will also keep you on budget and give detail updates as needed along the process. This service starts at $3000
